Each member of the Tarpon Tom’s service team participates in advanced training sessions with factory service techs several times each year. Whether it’s a minor tune-up or a major overhaul, you can count on us to do the job right the first time, every time.

Brought my tandem 5000 miles for a bike tour and forgot the rear handlebars. Jan went into the back of his shop and rummaged through several boxes of spare parts, and managed to get a stem and set of handlebars on the back of my bike. Jan’s considerable effort definitely saved my bacon. Love the man. Can’t speak highly enough for his thoughtfulness and effort.
Been here twice. Both times the staff was really helpful and they took great care of me. I had a crank that had stripped threads and I couldn’t install a new pedal. They re-tapped the threads, installed the pedal and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes.

If I could give a 10/10 I would. I’ve rented from this location a few times and each rental was met with great customer service. One day I wanted to go for a ride and noticed my bike had a flat tire. I took it over, and they fixed it that day so I could still go in my bike ride. I ended up leaving it after my ride to get a tune up, and they had it ready within a couple of days. It rides so much better. Thank you for always being professional and I will keep coming back!
